Aluminum Ramp Specification
- Sold only in multiples of 12 feet: (6 pieces x 2 feet long) which provides 12 feet of road coverage for up to 3" firehose
- Position ramps at 30° diagonal across roadway so vehicles cross ramps one wheel at a time
- 45,000 pound capacity per wheel
- Clip assembly means no tools required
- Each section weighs 15 pounds
- Stackable space required: 24" x 18" x 16" high
- 12 feet of ramps are sent via UPS in two 45# packages.
[Load tested] Destructive testing found the breaking point of our ramps to be 47,500 pounds per wheel, when placed on a solid surface. Weight restriction in most states is 20,000 pounds per axle.
[Leading edge] The serrated edge helps keep a hose ramp in place.
[Painting] Painting the hose ramps increases their visiblity on your jobsite. This powder coating costs an additional $250 per 12 feet of ramps, and may extend delivery by up to two weeks.
